About Us

101to87 started as a journey from California to the Capital Region of New York.  Today, it represents much more.

101to87 is a blog about technology and chronicles the growth of the technology community in the Northeast and Tech Valley.

We talk about the best in tech and the worst in PR, who we love and who we think is full of it. We point out great innovation and great lessons to learn from. We also do a lot of ranting about missed PR opportunities.

On a personal note, we try to be humorous, afterall who can be serious all the time when you’re talking about security, routers, networking infrastructure, etc. But we apologize in advance if we offend you.
